This form is only a request document, and does not guarantee a final booked appointment. We thank you for your patience, as we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible. Requests are usually followed up within the same business day. We can follow up with your appointment confirmation once this form has been submitted.

This is only a request form.
• This form is only a request form, and does not warrant an actual booked appointment. 

Please tell us a day in advance if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
• A Cancelation fee will occur if the appointment is canceled on the same day as it is scheduled. If you need to move your appointment, please contact us at least one (1) business day in advance so we can fill the spot with another.

The final price could increase if you need more work outside of our flat rate pricing amount.
• Our service packages are typically flat rate, and thus include a limited amount of delivered work. For extra service requirements outside of our standard package, you may be charged an additional fee. Please contact our office for details.

We do not stage, arrange, or adjust on site props, furniture, foliage and decorations.
• Our photographers do not do staging due to liability, time, and responsibility. Examples include: trimming foliage, moving furniture, decorations, house clutter, opening blinds, turning on and off lights.

Our pricing can change.
• Our pricing and services may change without prior notice. Please check our website for the most current work agreement.

Our work is not to be sold, resold, or given away without permission.
• Our Media Usage rights policy helps to keep our pricing low. We do not sell the photos themselves; only the rights to use them per MLS listing, per agent team. Please do not steal, transfer, or "borrow" our work without prior consent or payment. 

Photographers are generally chosen for you.
• If your desired photographer is available, we will do our best to accommodate your choice, however, we do not guarantee photographer requests. Our booking calendar is a living document that constantly changes  based on appointment location, distance, and availability. We do not hold photographer requests because of these circumstances.

Please arrive early, and have your place "shoot ready".
• We shoot properties, "As Is". If a property is not considered "shoot ready", and the shoot is canceled, you will be charged a cancelation fee. Here are some "shoot ready" guidelines:

Is your property “Shoot Ready”? Make sure, by following these guidelines:
- All lights ON with working light bulbs
- Still Photography: Fans OFF
- Video: Fans ON
- Open blinds/curtains
- Move Vehicles away from window viewing
- Turn on all water features and pool lights.
- Hide surface clutter such as tissue boxes, counter items, trash cans, books, small every day objects.
- Open/Close doors and cabinets as they should be. (To help avoid missing small rooms).
- Stage all furniture, couch pillows, position rugs, make beds, arrange shelves, counter spaces, and stock bathrooms exactly how you would like them to be photographed BEFORE we arrive.
- Prepare yard, removing natural debris and other clutter. 
- Turn on outside lights.
