Full Work Agreement

A few points to remember:

- Photo rights are sold per MLS listing, per agent. Rights will need to be repurchased per listing.

- To keep costs low for everyone, we sell rights to use photos, not the actual photos themselves. Any transfer or use of photos outside of our written agreement is forbidden. In short; please do not steal, sell, or give our photos away.

- Hosted Photos in your Virtual Tour stay online for 1 year. After that, the hosted photos are cleared from our server for cost and space reasons.

- If you need to cancel or move your confirmed appointment, please contact us at least 1 working business day before your appointment so we can fill it with another. If we were not notified ahead of time, a cancel charge of $50 could be applied if we can not fill the empty spot.

- Please make sure your property is "Shoot Ready". We photograph "as is". Photo manipulation beyond color correction and cropping is considered an additional service and would be charged accordingly.
